LockControlConnection() should have a default timeout

I modified the method (inside FtpControlConnection) as follow

public void LockControlConnection()        {

mCommandLock.WaitOne(200);

}

in order to get a timeout notification on operations using the method this.LockControlConnection();

Will add an overload that lets you specify the timeout some time today. I switched the project over the mercurial (for some features not available with svn) which I don't really know how to use yet so I've got to do some reading and then I'll get a new version of the code committed.
